Biothane is a strong, durable material that does not stretch, is water resistant and does not absorb bad odours.
Hardware store:
Brass, nickel or black plated hardware.
For better water resistance, choose brass (gold) hardware. The black plated hardware unfortunately chipped over time.
Size:
When ordering, please tell me the size of your dog's adjusted neck. This size corresponds to the central hole of the adjustments from the end of the buckle. The collar has 5 adjustment holes for a total of 2 inches (1/2'' adjustment). If you want a 1'' adjustment only, let me know in the neck size section. 
Maintenance:
When it's time to clean the collar, use only water and a mild soap such as dish soap.
Color:
Necklace allowing to mix two colors as in the photos. The main color is the buckle part and the secondary color is the adjustment hole part.
